River's Edge Ranch
The River’s Edge Ranch is a 20-acre ranch located in Lucerne Valley, California. The current 20-acre land is available for development without restriction. The Ranch is a non-profit organization dedicated to the restoration of the lives of the men who live at the ranch. A total of 28 men currently reside on the ranch. The lifestyle and daily activities of the residents involve group gatherings, animal care, gardening, and maintaining the ranch. The ranch has two existing wells that are approximately 150 ft deep but are dried up and no longer in use. The ranch's third well has water but is not in use due to the large concentrations of sodium in the water. To meet the water demand, the ranch is currently trucking in water twice a day from an offsite property. The Ranch has dry landscape areas that are not helping with the extreme weather conditions.
