The purpose of the Geospatial study is to create a visual 3D surface model of the River’s Edge Ranch property and to identify its key features, including: the topography, GPS coordinates, potential flooding areas, and the details of the area intended for the on-site water treatment system. The techniques used to evaluate the site included GPS surveying, Laser Scan, and UAV flight. This 3D surface model will be key in analyzing the landscape’s hydrology, outlining the outdated water treatment system, designing the final water treatment system, and developing a social media presence and marketing opportunity for the ranch.
